I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location right next to the train station, and the variety of food options in the major shopping strip in this city. The room was very clean and spacious, with a big bathroom - quite uncommon in Japan. The hotel facilities were great, including the complimentary breakfast that was not mentioned in the room reservation. The staff was extremely helpful, and the language barrier was not a problem. The location right next to the train station was very convenient, and there was also a great coffee place, Seattle's Best Coffee, right outside the hotel.

Nothing not to love.

It was clean, inexpensive, safe hotel and offered a free, Japanese style breakfast. It is adjacent to the rail station and there is lots of shopping within easy walking distance. The hotel also offers free wifi and has free internet computers for guest use in the lobby area.

Bed was hard by Western standards, but not bad. It offers no frills lodging. No pool, exercise room, hot tub, etc. The Japanese breakfast was spartan > hot rice, noodles, miso soup and some hot dog / Vienna sausage like meat. Coffee and hot tea was also complimentary with breakfast.

The free breakfast is great, but it was too crowded. Also, the stairs only seemed to be for emergencies, forcing everyone to use the two elevators.

The hotel had a great location, right next to the train station, making it a convenient spot to explore nearby towns. the room was also clean and well, maintained, with a comfortable bed and a functional bathroom. A plus was the free Wi, Fi in the rooms, which allowed for easy communication with loved ones back home.

The staff was not as friendly or accommodating as expected, which put a bit of a damper on the experience. They were not very willing to answer questions or help with any issues that arose.

The hotel offered a delicious Japanese breakfast that was included in the room rate. It had a variety of options including rice triangles, miso soup, salad, and sausages. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was conveniently located near the train station. This made it easy for us to explore the surrounding towns and attractions.- We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were compact but very functional, and the bathrooms were spotless.

The check-in policy was quite inflexible, as they wouldn't let us check in even a minute before 4 pm. This caused long lines and some frustration among guests.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to not only the Sasebo JR station but also to the shopping street where you can find a lot of traditional restaurants. You can easily explore the city by taking the city tour bus right outside of the station. the rooms are comfortable and kept spotlessly clean, with fresh towels and a clean bed every day. the staff is friendly and helpful, always trying their utmost to assist you. the complimentary breakfast, although Japanese in style, offers a good selection of options to start your day.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right outside the railway station, making it extremely convenient for travelers using trains. It's also a great base for exploring nearby towns and attractions.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel that was conveniently located right outside the railway station. This hotel was a fantastic value for money, as it provided basic amenities and kept the rooms spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, despite the language barrier. Additionally, the breakfast was included in the rate and catered to Asian taste, which was a pleasant surprise.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything to fault.
